This vacancy is focused on defining and monitoring Test Management activities for IT projects. To achieve this, Siemens expects proficiency in the following competences:

- Control and monitor tests activities;
- Ensure quality metrics;
- Ensure regular status update to all relevant stakeholders - Project and Team;
- Initiate the specification, preparation, implementation, and execution of tests, monitor test results, and check the exit criteria;
- Planning and effort management for the Testing Team allocated to the Project;
- Test data preparation;
- Test case execution;
- Defects reporting and retesting;

To deliver the above competences, Siemens considers relevant a skillset and experience covering:

- Manual Software Testing
- Namely functional and system testing in an Agile environment
- Automated Software Testing
- Basic understanding of test automation concepts
- Webservices Testing
