As our Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind our marketing strategies, turning GlobalPassport into a household name for aspiring global citizens. You'll:
Craft irresistible content that makes people dream of their next international adventure
Dive deep into data to uncover insights and optimize our marketing campaigns
Collaborate with our stellar team to align our marketing efforts with product innovations
Manage and scale our marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and beyond
**Requirements**:
**What We're Looking For in Our Marketing Hero ️**
3-5 years of marketing wizardry, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
A creative mind that can turn complex ideas into compelling stories
️ Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Mailchimp) and analytics software
Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment and deliver quality work on tight deadlines
An eye for design and a flair for maintaining brand consistency across all channels
️ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
**Bonus Points for**:
Experience with paid social advertising and Google Ads management
Video production skills to create engaging multimedia content
Personal experience with international living or a passion for global citizenship
