Servicenow Technical Expert

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Providing global level 1 and/or level 2 support to users and key users;
- Resolving or escalating Incidents;
- Contributing to the Service Catalogue maintenance;
- Testing monthly releases and upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow similar roles;
- Previous experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript) and ServiceNow Sys Admin;
- Previous experience providing user support;
- ITIL V4 will be valued;
- Moving forward, being proactive;
- Listening to people and hearing about their concerns;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
