We are looking for a Finance Master Data Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. As our organization expands, the need for streamlined processes, reliable data, and actionable business insights continues to grow.

**About the Role**
As Master Data Manager, you will define, develop, implement, and maintain Master Data policies and procedures for Finance Master Data globally. You will play a key role in our Global ERP deployment project, driving change and optimizing business processes.

The GBS Financial Master Data team creates and maintains finance objects like GL accounts and cost centers. You’ll work closely with colleagues worldwide and other finance leaders.

The position is preferably based at one of our major locations in Aschheim (Munich), Gothenburg, or Lisbon. While your stakeholders will be located worldwide, most meetings will be remote. Occasional travel (a few times in a quarter) may be required, depending on project needs.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and mentor the finance master data team and actively plan for career development.
- Define data governance standards and documentation for the finance domain
- Drive the success of projects with master data components, ensuring alignment with the global template and adherence to the established framework.
- Define data quality standards and collaborate with the Data Quality function for implementation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience with Excel and SAP (preferably MDG and S4/Hana).
- Solid leadership and team management experience, adapting leadership style to meet the diverse needs of team members, providing coaching and mentorship where necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships across functions and with high-level stakeholders. Adapt to engaging with stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing expectations effectively.
- Experience leading projects or contributing to significant initiatives or strategic projects is preferred.
- Proactive in driving change and streamlining business processes.
- Ability to have an end-to-end view perspective.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams. **All resume should be submitted in English.**
