The exceptional tailor-made guest experience and real warm Portuguese hospitality are in our core DNA. **Requisitos** : Job description:Develop and supervise group and event contractsEnsure the response to the entire group processAssist the client in organizing the eventControl deadlinesOrganize group site inspections and visitsPrepare and manage group processesConvey relevant information about groups and collaborate with other departmentsMonitor in-house groups according to defined proceduresControl billing for groupsManage the Groups & Events teamReports to the Associate Director of Sales to ensure that the sales budgets and segment targets are reached. Requirements: We are looking for individuals who have solid selling and interpersonal skills and who demonstrate the energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals. The applicant will have a proven track record in pursuing, evaluating soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. Applicants are required to have 2-3 years' previous experience in a similar role.Previous experience (min. 2-3 years) in a similar role within 5 star hotelsFluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written); German is a plusStrong selling and interpersonal skillsDynamism, proactivity and autonomy;Attention to detail, excellence and problem solving;Great teamwork, good communications and strong multi-tasking skillsSense of responsibility, leadership and trust;Be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information appropriatelyHigh level of customer service and passionate about luxury hospitalityAvailability and flexibility;Demonstrate responsibility and care with hygiene and personal appearance;Ability to act efficiently and effectively under pressureDriving license requiredWelcome the perspective of living in the Algarve (South Portugal) PEOPLE ARE THE HEART OF EVERY SUCCESS STORY.
