**Your responsabilities**:

- **Solve any issues**with orders, deliveries, payments, or returns.
- **Be the main contact** for external sellers.
- **Share informations** about digital products.
- **Forward and redirect**any difficult issues to the appropiate teams.

- You speak **Dutch** in proficiency
- Basic English level

**Main duties**:

- **Remote work system throughout Portugal (except islands)**:

- Working schedule**:Full time employment**:Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00, full-time (5days/week, 8h/day +1h lunch break)
- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:
**Approx. 1250€ gross per month** - for the full time homeoffice option
