**The Company and Role**: We're a remote team based across the world. It is a dynamic time in the company's history, as we are growing at a fast rate and this is your chance to join a team of intelligent, high achieving, and ambitious people. **Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Facebook Advertising Specialist to work on our digital advertising projects. The role will involve hands-on technical work across the whole suite of software and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, reporting and developing our paid Facebook advertising activities, with a specific emphasis on managing existing Facebook advertising activities and working with the Paid Traffic Manager and product owners to launch high-performing lead generation and eCommerce digital advertising campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**: - Management of our Facebook advertising activities. - Generating cost-effective leads with a trackable ROI. - Creating profitable eCommerce advertising campaigns. - Creating briefs and recommendations for new funnels as well as improvements to existing sales funnels that are profitable within a short time frame. - Creating design briefs for image and video assets for campaigns and/or creating own assets in accordance with brand guidance - Understanding of all traffic sources, i.e.Native, PPC, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads. - Conversion rate optimization and multi-variant testing. - Using analytics tools to evaluate performance and continually deliver high converting traffic. - Creation of high-quality, high-converting sales ad copy. **Requirements**: - Understand all of Facebook's performance metrics and can analyse data, pull reports and drill down deep into the performance of a campaign whilst using the data to figure out why it is not working. - They will have a strong working knowledge of digital customer acquisition, and their skillset should include but not be limited to: - Customer profiling - SEO - Sales funnels - CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) - Sales cart integration - A/B split testing - Analytics and reporting - Social media ad creative creation ability would be a major plus As winners of Stevie Awards including Entrepreneur of the Year, Health and Pharmaceuticals Service, Woman of the Year, and The Lifetime Achievement Award, this is your opportunity to work for a global training and development company that touches the lives of millions of people each year, inspiring them to live their best life possible. **Background on Marisa Peer** Marisa Peer is an internationally award-winning, qualified hypnotherapist with advanced certificates in hypnotherapy from the Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles.
