**The opportunity**

EY is looking for a Transfer Pricing Experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Tax team. This role is highly collaborative and analytical. In this position, you will support clients from various industries in navigating a complex global tax environment. Your responsibilities include:

- Identify and address transfer pricing tax issues;
- Advise on high-profile transactions and deals for international and multinational companies;
- Build lasting relationships with clients;
- Deliver multiple consultancy projects efficiently and with high quality;
- Coach and manage team members.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the implementation, improvement, and development of technical projects related to Transfer Pricing;
- Prepare documents and assist in defending transfer pricing during audits;
- Provide innovative transfer pricing and economic ideas, along with responsive services;
- Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets, and develop practical planning approaches;
- Maintain a professional, practical, and commercial approach while ensuring technical excellence;
- Build and sustain client relationships, ensuring high service levels;
- Stay updated on current tax, legal, and business trends relevant to clients;
- Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;
- Contribute to team productivity and motivation through good communication and cooperation;
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships and networks.

**Qualifications**:

- Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Tax, or related fields;
- Over 1 year of professional experience in Transfer Pricing;
- Experience in consulting is valuable;
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
- Proficiency in English;
- Availability to work in Portugal and abroad.
