Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of digital content across various platforms, with a focus on generating LinkedIn content, creating visuals for the content, and scheduling posts;
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Graphic designers, digital specialist and agencies to support content updates on the website and assist in the creation of brochures, booklets, and digital assets;
- Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and other internal communication initiatives;
- Maintain and update communication calendars and project timelines;
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts;
- Provide administrative support to the Global Integrated Communications Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication records;
- Act as the intermediary between Project Managers and the legal team to assist with trademarking and other branding approval;
- Support regional/country teams by offering counsel and hands-on support. Provide credible expertise, relevant insights and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in communications or Ausbildung in Public Relations, business administration or Marketing, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
