What You’ll Do
- Collect and consolidate HR data from different systems and countries;
- Validate information and ensure compliance with corporate data standards;
- Support the preparation of HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, compensation, talent metrics);
- Collaborate with local HR teams to solve data inconsistencies and improve reporting quality;
- Contribute to improving HR reporting processes and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Academic background in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related fields;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Solid Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills and curiosity to leverage it for HR analytics;
- Curiosity about HR topics and how data supports people decisions;
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset;
- Fluency in English.
