**ROLE**:

- Strategic Growth Leadership: Act as the driving force behind Zumub's growth, overseeing the existing brand presence, and strategically planning new launches for expansion.
- Paid Media Strategy: Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy encompassing paid media across diverse channels such as Search, Shopping, Display, Social, and Affiliates networks.
- Affiliate Program Excellence: Take charge of the affiliate program's success and enhancement.
- Partnership Management: Take a lead role in managing and cultivating partnerships that contribute to the brand’s growth and market reach.
- Performance Oversight: Supervise and fine-tune the performance of all marketing channels to achieve and surpass goals.
- Partnership Development:

- Team Development: Foster the growth of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Educational Background: Ideally possess a degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
