The **QUADRANTE Grou**p, specialized in Engineering Consulting Services, market leader in its area of activity and with a strong international presence, intends to hire for the Lisbon office.

**Your daily day may include**:

- Develop communication strategies for various audiences in a complex B2B environment and within budget requirements.
- Ensure all services conform to brand identity and conduct ongoing brand management.
- Collaborate with all divisions to identify internal and external needs, while making strategic recommendations based on informed decisions.
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new communication initiatives, including marketingcollaterals, direct mail, public relations, social media marketing, corporate events, and other initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership to the creative team.
- Organization of special events such as conferences and webinars.

**Requirements and skills**:

- University degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced organization or marketingagency, preferably in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Work experience in the services sector, including the handling of corporate communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Copywriting and copy-editing abilities in Portuguese and English.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with public relations’ activities.
- Experience with social media platforms, preferably, managing LinkedIn and Instagram communities.
- Understand principles of graphic design, layout, and publishing.
