**Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist - Receive & Apply**

**What will you do?**
**Ensure Bank Statements integration and reconciliations**
**- Process payments and remittances**
**- Monitor cash allocation and propose corrective action on un-allocated accounts/items where needed**
**- Perform cash and revenue reconciliations**
**- Cash and revenue variance analysis**
**- Reconciliation and allocation of customer receivables**
**- Investigate and resolve any constraints related to receivables**
**- Controlling automatic processes implemented**
**- Produce reports for management on customer balances, allocations, reconciliations**
**- To propose the implementation of adapted collection solutions for each type of client**
**- Run the direct debit process**
**- Manage relationship with local SSC**
**- Support in auditing activities**
**- Perform month-end activities**

**What you'll need to succeed?**
**- University degree (will be a plus, preferable in Finance / Accounting / Management / related fields)**
**- Solid accounting background**
**- Relevant work experience (in finance, shared service centers, accounting, or business area)**
**- SAP or other accounting ERP skills (will be a plus)**
**- Fluent in English (German and/or French will be a plus)**
**- Good communication skills (verbal and written), active listener, and customer focus-oriented**
**- Detail-oriented**
**- Comfortable and adept at using Excel skills**
**- Proven track record of achieving KPI’s**
**- MS Outlook (understand rules, templates, quick steps)**
**- MS Excel (Power BI, Query and/or VBA skills will be a plus)**
**- MS PowerPoint and Word skills**
**- Problem Solver**
**- Prioritisation and organization skills**
**- Assertive, influencing others but also a team player**
**- Relationship builder, pro-active, responsive, and action-oriented**
**- Ability to work under pressure**
**- Business Oriented (Credit and Collections / Billing / Payment allocations / Sales and Operations)**
