**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, accessible, and optimized master data that supports the organization’s business processes. The MDM Officer will manage master data across various domains, support data governance processes, and provide direct support to business users.

**MDM Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Assist in the design, architecture, and implementation of MDM solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to define master data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**MDM Application Administration**:

- Oversee the setup of access controls and permissions to ensure secure and compliant data handling.
- Conduct regular system monitoring to report and address platform instability.

**Data Governance and Quality**:

- Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across systems and domains.
- Collaborate with data stewards and business users to resolve data-related issues and improve management practices.
- Prepare regular reports on data quality, governance compliance, and system performance.

**Optimization and Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze MDM system performance and recommend improvements to enhance its effectiveness.
- Assist in developing automation scripts and tools to streamline MDM operations.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user training for system enhancements and new features.

**Stakeholder Support and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with data stewards, business users, and IT teams to ensure master data needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of MDM solutions with other enterprise systems.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for MDM processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and reports.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications in data management technologies** is a plus**.
- **At least 3 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related fields**.
- Experience working with multiple data domains is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, MDM practices, and data quality standards.
- Solid knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data integration technologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Technical expertise in MDM and administration.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on improving data quality and governance.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
