Responsible and accountable for the Maintenance metrics reporting workflow and related deliveries, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) within and outside Maintenance department.

Facilitating the decision-making process and future business strategy planning by providing the Maintenance department its key performance indicators data in a recurrent, timely, accurate and reliable manner.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the Maintenance Strategic Initiatives Manager on reporting workflow requirements and data analysis criteria review, by implementing and developing workflow specifications, which enable fleet performance improvement and related business acumen;
- Provide all the required support concerning analysis of both operational and financial data, promoting maintenance operational performance improvement and annual budget targets achievement;
- Develop, review and monitor the Maintenance reporting workflow and outcomes by interpreting trends and suggesting recommendations to enable strategy or planning effective implementation;
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and implement changes to any of the current workflow to enhance maintenance related tasks efficiency;
- Manage the Maintenance reporting workflow while monitoring and interpret data from the various inputs and data sources to guaranty data integrity;
- Prepare and develop, accurately and timely, metrics and analysis of various projects, under the coordination of the Maintenance Strategic Initiatives to support management team solid decision-making process and business strategy planning;
- Execute the Availability and Reliability reports to Maintenance Stakeholders for analysis and to implement solutions for increasing aircraft availability and reliability;
- Liaise with the respective Maintenance key players on required metrics and other strategic recommendations to support the optimization of aircraft Availability.
- Analyse and report on maintenance man hours allocation providing the Maintenance team with reliable and accurate data to support service centre decision making process;
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of flight hours to manufacturer's guaranteed maintenance programs;
- Support the Maintenance Strategic Initiatives Manager with the management of the Operational and Financial budgets (e.g. 10YP execution), providing input and knowledge towards Maintenance performance monitoring current results against budget and controlling activities improvement.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Business or Economics

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)**:

- University degree in Business or Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics;
- Preferably some working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ideally some knowledge or experience with reporting and analysis tools (VBA, SAS, Tableau);
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
