**Job description**:
We're looking for our next technician. Your role at Veesion will be to manage and maintain our product.

In concrete terms, you'll be putting your technical skills to good use in our Technical Support team and at our customers' sites. You'll be required to travel (at our expense) in the Lisbon region, as well as across Portugal and Europe from time to time. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on exciting challenges, while contributing to a more secure future for retail.
- **Server configuration**: You'll be responsible for configuring our servers before we send them out to our customers. Using our established OS system, you'll place the necessary orders and record the details in our inventory.
- **Installation and Technical Support**: You will be involved in the remote installation of servers at our customers' sites, providing guidance. You will also carry out in-depth analyses of camera systems and network architectures, configuring the system according to their needs and ensuring compatibility with the RTSP protocol. Where necessary, you will also travel to customer sites for on-site installations and to provide first-rate technical support.
- **Analysis and Problem Solving**: You will be responsible for analyzing server-related problems and deploying appropriate solutions to keep systems running smoothly. You will also carry out preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
- **Ticketing and Follow-up**: You will use our ticketing tools to ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: You'll regularly check server performance using graphical software (graphana) and make sure they're running optimally.
- **Customized configuration for each customer**: You will configure our system according to the specific needs of each customer, guaranteeing a solution tailored to their requirements.
