**Funções**:
Auditar processos operacionais e administrativos, garantindo a conformidade com os procedimentos internos;
Analisar mapas operacionais e financeiros, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;
Produzir relatórios críticos com propostas de ações corretivas e preventivas;
Apoiar na revisão e otimização de processos, com foco em produtividade e qualidade;
Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho e elaborar recomendações baseadas em dados objetivos;
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (ISO 9001);
Colaborar na formação das equipas e na disseminação de boas práticas.
**Requisitos**:
Formação superior em Gestão, Engenharia, Qualidade ou áreas similares;
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de auditoria interna, preferencialmente em contexto operacional;
Conhecimento prático da norma ISO 9001 e metodologias de melhoria contínua;
Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e sentido de responsabilidade;
Facilidade de comunicação, espírito de equipa e organização;
Domínio do Microsoft Office, com ênfase em Excel;
Fluente em inglês - obrigatório.
