Procuramos um Product Expert Mercedes-Benz (M/F) para reforçar a equipa comercial da unidade de Lisboa, em regime presencial.
**Responsabilidades**
- Apresentar aos clientes as funcionalidades, inovações e tecnologias das viaturas Mercedes-Benz;
- Realizar demonstrações práticas de veículos e sistemas digitais;
- Apoiar a equipa comercial na preparação e acompanhamento de entregas;
- Contribuir para a fidelização dos clientes através de um atendimento técnico e personalizado;
- Atualizar-se continuamente sobre novos produtos e lançamentos da marca;
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos standards de imagem e comunicação Mercedes-Benz.
**Quem procuramos**
- Formação técnica ou superior (valorizada em áreas como engenharia, tecnologia ou comunicação);
- Experiência anterior em funções de atendimento técnico, formação de produto ou vendas (preferencial no setor automóvel);
- Paixão pela inovação automóvel e perfil comunicativo;
- Capacidade de aprendizagem contínua, atenção ao detalhe e gosto pelo contacto com o cliente;
- Domínio de ferramentas digitais e novas tecnologias;
- Carta de condução (categoria B);
- Residência na zona de Lisboa ou arredores.
