**IT Business Analyst**:
**Mission**

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Bring operational efficiency to processes through process optimization.
- Collect, analyze, and challenge the needs expressed by the business.
- Assist in identifying business impacts caused by solutions and prepare action plans.
- Validate Business Requirement documents and write Detailed Functional Specifications.
- Define relevant solutions and estimate implementation costs.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Assist key users during testing phases and ensure test plans are followed.
- Support IT teams during all project phases.
- Supervise project progress.
- Communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
- Report efficiently to management.
- Anticipate and advise clients on needs.

**Profile**

**Technical skills**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Diverse technical knowledge (Automation is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (Fluent in English; French is a big plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and project-focused.
- Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
- Proficient with basic office tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
