This culture of caring is the focus of our corporate philosophy, that are anchored in the internationally applicable **Credo** **Commercial Quality Coordinator** **(1 year contract)** **Position overview** The Commercial Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting Portuguese Commercial Quality Department, in the Distribution Quality related matters, for MedTech segment. It is involved in control of the activities related to Quality Management Systems and Compliance at Portuguese DCs that receive, pick, pack, store, inspect and deliver finished goods to Customers and Distributors. **Tasks & Responsibilities** - Collaborate on the Quality Activities on the MedTech distribution centers (e.g. assessment of the stock returns, supervise calibration/maintenance activities, quality blocked products management, destructions). - Collaborate on the management of Quality Investigations, CAPAs, Change Controls and Risk Assessment activities. - Support the update of the CQ documents (e.g. SOPs, WIs, Forms). - Collaborate on the assessment of the temperature excursions occurred during storage and distribution. - Support handling of customer requests, deliver service issues and vigilance. - Manage the archive of the Quality records. **Qualifications**: **Our expectations** **Education**: - University Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related Life Science - Fluent in local language and English. Core competencies required for this role: - Organized and able to fit in a complex organization - Strong teamwork skills - Strong adaptability and flexibility - Strong in data gathering and interpretation - Analytical, detail driven - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Ability to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this.
