**What you will do**
- Be a member of Portugal's commercial team, working with talented colleagues and great partners, reporting to the Commercial Category Manager
- You will be supporting your Commercial Manager with the partnerships & in-app visibility that him/her will negotiate with our main suppliers. Make sure that the categories and product cards look impeccable & bring your ideas for improvements to the table
- Have a data-driven growth mindset in order to manage key drivers of growth, such as multi-penetration of categories. Support the team with your analyses to improve key KPI's
- Act with the user in mind. First find new and creative ways to make the customers happy, then find a way to adapt that to the reality of the business
- Working closely together with the Buying & Marketing teams, you will use your tremendous knowledge of the market's consumers to voice up ideas that will help ensure a healthy portfolio mix
- You will help coordinate and execute excellent activation campaigns, and address the key customer needs
- Use your understanding and study of product dynamics to come up with commercial decisions that will ensure rotation of products, e.g., what drives loyalty? Have an outside-in perspective, which categories are emerging, how can we make our portfolio more surprising? How can we adapt to customers' needs and offer the right products at the right time? How can we find ways to maximize product sales?
**Your profile and key experience**
- As a Commercial Specialist, you have a 2+ years track record in a retail or FMCG environment that can quickly get up to speed with the business and the role
- First and foremost a collaborative working and commitment to the team ethos at Getir, we want you to enjoy working at Getir. We don't have a hierarchical or slow-paced process driven culture. Energy and sharp minds are welcome, collaborative and can-do approaches are a must
- A strong analytical mindset and approach. We're ideally looking for a data enthusiast, who would like to enter, or combine data with, the commercial field
- No job is too big or too small, you will be comfortable being handed everything thrown at you from a commercial & business perspective. That real hands-on approach is key to the hustle and bustle of our culture.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English to business level, Spanish language skills a +
