As a **Management Consultant - Data & Analytics** at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Map out processes by identifying key steps and roles to fully understand the workflow in detail.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement and regularly audit data and analytics processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvement plans, ensuring that they are effective and sustainable.
- Identify potential risks in data and analytics processes and propose strategies to mitigate them, including security and operational risks.
- Report audit findings and process evaluations to senior management, support process owners in adopting new processes and changes.
- Communicate with process owners within data and analytics to onboard process changes, gather feedback, and achieve internal alignment.
**About you**
- Have over 3 years of experience as a **business analyst.**:
- Possess **project management skills** and knowledge of the **Data & Analytics ecosystem.**:
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and excel in process mapping and project management tools like** Lucidchart and JIRA.**:
- Show meticulous attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Are skilled in stakeholder management and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in sales and process improvement expertise.
- Are proficient in data analytics tools and programming languages such as **PowerBI and Python.**:
- Understand audit procedures and have experience with data management systems and cloud platforms like SQL and Azure.
