Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Hospitality Marketing Manager (M/F)** for our hotels **_Sé Catedral Hotel Porto e Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by HILTON_**.

**Position Overview**: As the Hospitality Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive guest engagement, and boost revenue across our properties. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reflect the unique offerings of our hotels and resorts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives.
- Create events and campaigns that boost the energy of the restaurants and bars whithin the hotels _Sé Catedral Hotel Porto and Arts Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection by HILTON._
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the hospitality sector.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO strategies, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and influencers within the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the F&B market in Porto.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry, namely the F&B area.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
