You speak Dutch/Flemish and you are Coffee addict? We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish speakers Talent to Operations Customer Experts in Lisbon

**Your working day**:

- Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms, identifying, understanding and responding promptly to their specific needs and expectations.
- Using all available skills and information to obtain First Contact Resolution and prevent customers from calling more than once to resolve their issue.
- Being the ambassador and have specialized knowledge of products, sustainability services and commitments, continuously learns and takes advantage of new knowledge and skills in his own work.
- Creating sales and customer retention opportunities between outbound and inbound contacts, influencing the mix of coffee, high value customers, size or order value through genuine interest in customers and their habits, taking advantage of relevant offers.

**What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job**:

- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish & English
- Experience in Customer Service
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Great communication

- Work schedule : Monday to Sunday - 8h/day between 7am to 7pm with 2 days off per week / Rotating shift.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales/Marketing/Digital Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Dutch/Flemish (C1/2) (required)
- English C1 (required)

License/Certification:

- Work permit in Portugal (required)
