**Mission**

As part of the implementation or migration of technical data exchange between internal entities or external partners (CIB 2S client, middle office etc..), the Technical Solutions Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the implementation of file exchange and messaging solutions, while ensuring a thorough understanding of the technical and middleware environments.

**Main responsibilities**:
1. Project management and coordination

Manage projects to set up technical data transfer links (files, MQ messages, etc.).

Coordinate internal IT teams (infrastructure, security, middleware, network) and external teams (service providers, customers).

Lead scoping, follow-up and technical review meetings with the various internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure planning, monitoring of deliverables, and compliance with commitments (quality, cost, deadline).

Manage change requests and monitor impacts on production environments.

2. Technical understanding and support

Support middleware administration teams (without administering) on technical choices and implementations.

Guide and challenge technical proposals in relation to file transfer, MQ and network.

Ability to communicate effectively with systems, network and security engineers

3. Security & architecture coordination

Integrate guidelines from CISO or technical Architecture teams.

Validate proposed technical solutions.

Participate in architecture or security committees as required.

**Profile**

**Technical Skills**:

- Transfer protocols: PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS
- Middleware: Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, API is a plus
- Data encryption: PGP / GPG
- Channel encryption: TLS, SSH
- Networks: understanding topologies, firewalls (IP scopes, ranges), leased lines
- Tools: JIRA - ServiceNow

**Language Skills**
- French: fluent to professional
- English: fluent to professional
