FRVR is a game company focused on games beyond the app stores. We build and publish games on many platforms (including awesome Channel partners like Facebook and Samsung), all built on our own technology stack - and have millions of players enjoying our games every day

**Challenges & Responsibilities**:

- Plan the releases and project deliverables for incoming features and updates.
- Communicate project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
- Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending on the type and status of releases, creating and updating release tasks for the different departments.
- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them by communicating to the right stakeholder while helping in unblocking such risks and issues.
- Make sure that the releases are planned, with each expected step outlined as early as when the project is kicked-off.
- Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities
- Maintain and update the Release Calendar, ensuring information is clear, transparent and readily available.
- Participate in the Go-Live and Post-Release activities, such as performing release health checks, data analysis and release post-mortem.
- Maintain documentation related to procedures on build and release, various notifications lists, and dependencies.
- Track the progress and find issues.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Experience in a Release Management, Project Management, or Product Manager/Owner role (Digital and Tech Industries).
- You are very adept in multi-tasking and focus shifting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, given that you’ll be interacting with multiple departments with cascading requirements.
- You are able to own your releases and processes, able to take informed, but authoritative decisions when it comes to releases and planning.
- Excellent communication skills, including a very high level of English language proficiency, both written and non.
- Proven track record of building new processes and structured approaches and achieved results.
- Proven track record in handling both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a distributed development model, with remote teams, across many time zones and cultures.
- Decent technical background: We are not looking for a software engineer, but a basic understanding of technical terminology and process is considered a plus.

- You will have a permanent work contract.

- You will have 23 vacation days + 2 additional days (24th and 31st December).
- We have a flexible working setup - currently full remote but intend to have a full office in central Lisbon.
- Financial and Logistical Relocation support (eligibility for relocation support to be confirmed on a case-by-case basis).
