**12-month fixed term contract,**

**Purpose of role**:
We are looking to recruit a Business Change Manager, who will be working within a global strategy

& transformation change programme, delivering important change within this fast-growing

business.

Small World FS is a fast-growing money transfer business, committed to delivering an exciting and

ambitious strategic agenda over the next 3 years. This role will be required to create a detailed

change management framework, for all transformation workstreams to follow, creating a

standardised approach to embed change. The strategy will deliver people, process and technology

initiatives and cross all departments. This role will be pivotal to the successful completion of the

strategy execution plan.

**Role details**:

- Understanding the vision and goals of the business and transformation workstreams, and

creating a change management framework to support the effective delivery of existing

projects. Supporting the team of project managers to deliver and embed change in a

consistent way, maximising business benefits.
- Defining implementation plans and establishing governance for planned deployments and

ensuring the business and teams are ready for the forthcoming change.
- Creating an engagement & communications plan and ensuring a standardised and

effective communication approach to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leading the business impact assessment, business adoption strategy and business

readiness management activity. Supporting the transition to a new operating model and

activities to drive a fundamental step change in ways of working and culture change

required.
- Working with the Project team to ensure the output of the business impact assessment is

reflected in the project deliverables.
- Embedding the benefits realisation framework and driving the programme team to focus

on this throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong senior management relationships both internally and

externally as required.
- Being a change SME and working across the business to build awareness, drive activity and

understand the enablers for success.

Person Specification
- Fluency in English is essential. Ability to speak a second language would be

advantageous.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, a strong delivery focus and a willingness to confront

issues, and find solutions
- Actively enjoys working with people from different cultures and languages
- A self-starter, who works well independently and gets things done, completer finisher
- Collaborative in approach, who engages with peers, and others alike.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

**Skills**
- Change Management experience and qualifications, with a proven track record of

working on business readiness projects
- Strong experience working within financial services or Big-4 consultancies
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communicator and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and many

teams across the business
- Leadership skills as demonstrated by the ability to identify business challenges and

recommend and shape initiatives to address these
- Strong analysis and problem-solving experience demonstrated through proactive

identification of issues and definition of solutions
- Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the

organisation
- Ability to deal successfully deal with ambiguity, draw out the issues to be addressed

and recommend solutions
- Ability to act as a business advocate with strong verbal and written communication

skills
- Experience of and desire to work on operational, finance and HR driven change

initiatives
