**Administrator**

We are excited to be seeking an experienced **Administrator**.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, including some exposure to accounts tasks
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in office software and basic accounting software
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes is desirable
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

**The Job**:

- Providing essential administrative support, including managing correspondence, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings as required
- Utilizing office and accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure streamlined workflow across departments
- Responding to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff and providing prompt assistance
- Managing files, documents, and records in an organized and accessible manner
- Assisting in preparing financial documents and reports for review
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to office efficiency
- Undertaking additional responsibilities related to administration and accounts tasks as assigned

- De segunda à sexta-feira
- Turno de 8 horas

Possibilidade de deslocação diária/mudança de residência:

- Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório)
