**Algarve Region Representative - Remote/Part time**

Are you passionate about building relationships and creating memorable events?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and pro-active individual to join their team as a representative and event planner in the Algarve region.

**Main responsibilities -**

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in the Algarve region.

Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and networking activities to promote business and community engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, government officials, and industry leaders.

Organise logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-the-day management.

Interaction with local members - maintain regular contact with existing members so that activities can be tailored to meet the region’s specific requirements.

Gather and report on any newsworthy items which may affect local members or determine Chamber policy.

Collaborate with members to organise seminars, conferences, training and similar events.

Provide support for inward and outward trade missions and trade fairs.

Will have a proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for bringing people together.

Must speak fluent Portuguese and English.

Knowledge of the Algarve region and its business environment is a plus.

Own transport is required, as travel within the Algarve region will be necessary.

(A kilometer allowance will be provided for work-related travel)

Salary - 700 euro per month.

Hours - no more than 20 per week.
