**Remote Backoffice Specialist (Dutch Market) - Full-time | Based in Portugal**

We are hiring native/fluent **Dutch speakers with good English (B2+)** for **three remote backoffice roles** supporting a leading global technology company.

Wij zijn op zoek naar vloeiend **Nederlands sprekende kandidaten met goede Engelse vaardigheden (B2+)** voor **drie backoffice-functies op afstand**, ter ondersteuning van een wereldwijd toonaangevend technologiebedrijf.

**Available Roles | Beschikbare functies**:
**1. Fraud Prevention Specialist**

Review online transactions, investigate risk signals, contact customers when necessary, and identify suspicious patterns.
Beoordelen van online bestellingen, onderzoeken van risicosignalen, klanten contacteren indien nodig en verdachte patronen herkennen.

**2. Order Support Specialist**

**3. Payment Specialist**
Support payment and refund operations, liaise with finance partners, and resolve billing or invoicing issues.
Ondersteuning bij betalingen en terugbetalingen, contact met financiële partners en oplossen van facturatieproblemen.

**Job Details | Functiegegevens**:

- **Starting Date**:from 16/06/25
- **Work model**: Fully remote, from anywhere in Portugal (you must live in Portugal)
- **Contract**: 12-month fixed term (renewable)
- **Working hours (rotating shifts)**: 40h/week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour)on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday from 7:00 to 0:00.
- **Training**: Paid, full-time (15-20 working days)
- **Public holidays**: Portuguese holidays apply

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Native or fluent **Dutch (C2/C1)**:

- Good **English (minimum B2+)**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience in support, finance, fraud or backoffice roles_ **is not mandatory**_ but is a plus
- Residence in Portugal with a stable internet connection and suitable work environment
- It’s mandatory to have a certificate of completion of 12th grade/high school (minimum); or a higher academic degree.
- If you already live in Portugal: it is mandatory to have a residence permit (letter or card); or the citizen card; or the CRUE certificate (in case you are an EU citizen).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Gross salary without accommodation**: 1,309.00 €/month (base salary + accommodation discount + Christmas Allowance + Holiday Allowance + Meal Allowance)
- **Gross salary with accommodation**: 1,250.00 €/month (base salary + accommodation discount + Christmas Allowance + Holiday Allowance + Meal Allowance)
- **Holiday and Christmas bonuses** (paid monthly)
- **Meal allowance (prepaid card)**: €7.00 per worked day (154.00 approximately per month)
- **Health insurance + dental insurance from day 1**:

- **Total monthly gross package**: up to €1,309 (without accommodation) or €1,050 (with company housing)

** Optional company accommodation available**:valid only for EU citizens living in an EU member country and wishing to move to Portugal. The accommodation package includes a private room in a shared, furnished apartment located in a central area of Lisbon, with all utility bills included (rent, electricity, water, gas and internet). A nominal amount (200 €) is deducted from your salary for accommodation costs and benefits.

**Other Relocation Benefits**:

- Relocation team will pick you up at the airport. They will let you know where the meeting point is beforehand
- Accommodation: a private room in a shared, furnished, and centrally located apartment + all utility bills included (gas, water, electricity, internet).
