Elevus is a specialist recruitment company and is currently recruiting for an E-Commerce Manager for a reputable end client in the area of glue sales.

Location: Parque das Nações

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Drive, Steer, & coordinate e-commerce in the local market
- Manage dedicated Pure Players (Responsible for Sales & Marketing activation at Pure players)
- Defining a budget for Pure Players & Hybrid
- To steer ADV e-commerce budget
- Use data to optimize customer performance.
- Care about organizational & operational standards (Sales, MKT, Finance, Logistics, IT, etc.)
- Contract: Local Pure Players + Hybrid _(Content, promo & Adv.)_
- Digital activation for pure players and hybrid customers: contents, promos, brand shop
- Application at customer level of the strategic online marketing plans
- Educate and train the sales force (KAM, SAM, Sales Rep) to identify and develop customers having online business.

**Specific tasks to be developed**:
**MARKETING**
- Defining budget for Paid Media activities
- Briefing, coordinating and managing digital agencies
- Local execution of the centrally developed campaigns, namely BTS and Repair Campaign
- Working with online KPIs and reporting
- Collecting and sharing best practices and learnings with broader organization

**Background**:

- _**University degree**:_ Master in Business + specialization in Digital marketing / Pure Master in Digital marketing.
- _**Experience**:_ minimum 2 years in a Digital / E-Commerce position within companies having on line business through pure players ( ex: Amazon ) and/or developing online business with classic brick & mortars customers ( Food, DIY, Office)**Focus on work experience with big E-Commerce businesses, including hands-on experience.**:

- _**Industry**:_ Fast consumers goods, non-food products with high share of online business (IT materials, electro domestic )
- _**Language**:_ Portuguese & proper business English
