**Junior Project Purchaser**

Job description

  • During the proposal phase, you will oversee cost estimation of various equipment necessary for the delivery of the project.
  • During the contract execution phase, integrated into the project team, you will be assigned a certain number of equipment to follow and you will specifically be in charge of:
  • Auditing and assessing the potential interesting companies.
  • Preparing tenders documentation package as per the technical specifications, and in coordination with technical functions
  • Sending the Request for Quotations to the agreed vendors
  • Ensuring timely and reliable response of the vendors
  • Getting the offers analyzed by the various services and compare them;
  • Driving the technical and commercial negotiations.
  • Recommending the best company to the Project Management Team based on agreed criteria (cost, planning, risks, quality evaluation, Financial evaluation, etc )
  • Awarding the Purchase order within project timeframe constraints
  • Managing the Purchase order by ensuring that the companies respect their duties;
  • Managing the disputes / claims of the companies until the order closure;
  • Assessing the Vendor at the end of the project and provide feedback to the Subsea Supply Chain Department.
  • Providing regular reports to Project Supply Chain Manager.

You are meant for this job if

  • Degree in Management, Engineering or related areas

Some experience (professional, or as internship) in following disciplines

  • Procurement / Purchasing in Project environment
  • Logistics management
  • Project management in an international environment.
  • Dynamic and adaptable to multicultural environment
  • Self-drive and autonomy
  • Fluent in English
  • Mobile for short trips abroad
