**OVERVIEW**:
**Your Career**:As the **Business Processes & Projects Intern **of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast-moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

**The Role**:We are looking for a Business Processes & Projects Intern who will Support Procurement, SQE and SCM in creating business process description. Align with business process owners/Stakeholders on the process, in order to describe the processes and its interfaces. Support on template/checklist creation to support processes

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Map the full landscape of the business process related to Procurement, SQE and SCM;
- Assure compliance with company overall process mapping;
- Describe processes in given format, creation of flowcharts;
- Define linked templates, documentation, and training materials;
- Achieve approval for process documents with process owners and Quality dept.;
- Further administrative support required for the task.

**For the Business Processes & Projects Intern, we are looking for**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business and administration;
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to find consent;
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills;
- Results oriented, makes things happen, ability to work and organize independently, open for a dynamic project.
