BIOTECHNOLOGY- October 1, 2024- Intro-
- Admission Requirements- Master in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and related areas, with final grade equal or superior to 16/20. Experience in: 1) Mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques; 2) 3D cell culture approaches; 3) analytics for characterization of cells (flow cytometry, metabolism, immunofluorescence microscopy); 4)Microscopy image analysis; 5) Data analysis using statistical tools.
Work Plan- Development of bioprocesses for manufacture of CAR-T cells and methodologies for their characterization.- Fellowship Duration- The fellowship will have a duration of 6 months, eventually renewed until the end of project, without prejudice of the maximum limits foreseen by law. The expected starting date is 1st of November of 2024.
