We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE ROLE** As a**Fleet Procurement Associate, you will be focused in growing our fleet of campervans in the multiple geographies we operate in, through planning and procurement, for our Central Europe region. You will be joining our Fleet Procurement team within the Corporate Finance department in our Lisbon HQ offices, reporting directly to the Fleet Procurement Director, and working very closely with our Finance, Revenue, Operations and RV Sales departments. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Execute the planning and procurement of vehicles for Central Europe - Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Croatia; - Establish and develop relationships with OEM's; - Drive procurement process improvements, contract analysis, drafting and reporting; - Work with the Finance team in the execution of the fleet finance plan; - Collaborate with Operations and RV Sales team to ensure that the product specs are aligned with the objectives of the business; - Prepare periodic reporting for executives and stakeholders; - Own interface between OEM's and internal stakeholders, such as Asset Strategy and Operations Central Europe teams, during the infleet of new vehicles. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar; - Experience of 2+ years in procurement, ideally in the automotive industry; - Experience and history in engaging and building value-adding relationships with internal customers and external partners across geographies and industries, at all levels; - Strong analytical skills with affinity towards deal negotiations and ability to drive Procurement related KPIs; - Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication and emotional intelligence skills; - Fluent in English (both written and verbal) mandatory. **WHAT WE OFFER?** - The opportunity to be a key member in the scaling of a one-of-a-kind company in a fast-growing market; - The chance to work with outstanding people from many nationalities and backgrounds in a "scale-up culture", to revolutionize the campervan road trip market worldwide; - Free perks such as health insurance, travel and education vouchers, road trips in our campervans, free snacks and coffee in the office._ _ **_Are you ready to Go Indie?_
