**Job Description**:
- Collaborate with IT management team members to prepare documentation, status reports, project proposals for decision and other related materials;
- Develop templates and assist in analysing IT management team reports, including timelines, budgets, scenario analysis and key performance indicators for decision support;
- Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and following up on actions and decisions;
- Welcoming new internal staff (inside and outside IT management team) and delivering induction activities in partnership with Human Resources and the different IT management teams.
**Qualifications**:
- +3 years of experience in PMO/ similar functions;
- Experience with Jira/ MS Project/ Cofluence;
- Ability to organise, communicate and plan;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
