As the HR BI and Analytics Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving the development of our HR BI and analytics strategy. You will serve as the liaison between IT and business, ensuring that the needs of the business are accurately reflected in our BI and analytics systems.

**How You'll Make An Impact**:

- Join the development and implementation of our HR BI and analytics landscape, including tools such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with partners across the business and IT.
- Evaluate the fit of existing and new HR processes within the BI and analytics landscape, focusing on cost and time efficiency.
- Stay up to date with market trends and innovations in BI and analytics, implementing improvements to optimize HR operations.
- Deliver training and support to HR personnel to ensure efficient use of BI and analytics systems and processes.
- Lead organizational change initiatives related to BI and analytics, helping team members understand the benefits and impacts of changes.

**What You Bring**:

- A university degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR BI and analytics projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of BI and analytics tools and strategies.
- Ability to serve as a link between IT and business, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborative and proactive communication style, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
- Adaptable to working in diverse and flexible environments, with a global mentality.
- Prepared to work in English most of the time.

You will be working within the Human Resources function - People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open approach, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget alignment of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will have the trust and empowerment to succeed.
