**Role: Test Manager**
**Location**:Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal
**Required skills**:
- 7+ years of experience in managing Test Engineers or Analysts
- Demonstrated success delivering test strategy in complex, multi-phase programs
- Solid experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects
- Strong understanding of STLC, test estimation, risk-based testing, and stakeholder engagement
- ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Test Manager certifications preferred
- Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Zephyr, Power BI, and Excel
- Industry knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)
