Grupo Hoteleiro recruta um (a) Events Coordinator (f/m) para reforço do seu Departamento de Grupos e Eventos.
Principais **Responsabilidades**:
- Responsável pela venda de propostas personalizadas e adaptadas a cada cliente;
- Compreender os requisitos, objetivos e oportunidades de cada evento e saber antecipar necessidades do cliente;
- Satisfazer as expectativas do cliente e manter uma boa imagem para a empresa;
- Informação ao cliente dos produtos e serviços disponíveis;
- Acompanhamento de visitas de inspeção;
- Articulação constante com o departamento comercial de forma a identificar oportunidades de negócio;
- Preparação do processo do cliente desde o primeiro contato até à confirmação, incluindo elaboração de contratos de grupos e/ou eventos, pagamentos e passagem de informação a todos os departamentos envolvidos.
Perfil Técnico:
- Licenciatura na área de Hotelaria/Turismo (fator preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (outras línguas serão valorizadas);
- Experiência na área (fator preferencial);
- Flexibilidade de horários;
- Experiência em NewPlan/NewHotel (não obrigatória mas valorizada).

- Demonstrar iniciativa, dinamismo e proatividade;
- Capacidade de planeamento e organização;
- Boa imagem e apresentação pessoal;
- Forte apetência profissional para o trabalho em equipa;
- Capacidade em manter uma atitude positiva num ambiente sob pressão.
