**Position Summary**

We are looking for a **Delivery & Supply Transport Specialist** to join our Iberian Transport Management team. You will become part of the created Above Market Iberian Physical Logistics Team. Your main mission will be to provide operational support on the activities of the Transport Management team, contributing to the preparation of Transportation HUB model implementation.

**A day in the life of a Delivery & Supply Transport Specialist**
- Support on operational management activities of Delivery and Supply Transport (domestic and international) with transporters, Markets, DSP, Businesses, Distribution Centers/3PL and Factories;
- Support on operational management activities of import and export maritime transport with freight forwarders, shipping companies, NBS, Export team, DCs, Factories, and GOP (Global Procurement);
- Operational and Strategic Support to National Transport Manager;
- Solve transport incidents appropriately and in a timely manner;
- Support the management of the Transport Planning team at Avanca Distribution Center, which schedules transport services on a daily basis;
- Support the Export team in the search for solutions and air or sea fares;
- Daily monitoring of the main service indicators (COF, On-Time Arrival, On-Time-Delivery, Cost, VCU) with immediate definition of an action plan in case of deviation;
- Support the team during the training and testing period for the new THUB transport management model.
**What will make you successful**
- University Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics, Management or Finance
- Previous experience in Transportation, Logistics or Procurement (preferable)
- Has successfully managed relationship with external providers for warehousing, equipment and transport
- Business English proficiency & Spanish (B2-C1 level minimum)
- Good command of SAP and MS Office, namely, Excel and knowledge of Power BI tools
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Strong flexibility and resilience
- Service oriented and pragmatic decision maker
