**Role**:Swahili speaking Content Moderator & Investigator

**Salary**:1,050 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation (so no cost for rent or utility bills). Package without company accommodation is 1,306 euro gross p/m

**Working Hrs**:40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm.

**Overview of the company**:
Our client is a global outsourcing company - they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. They are currently looking for a fluent Swahili speaker who is passionate about technology and who is keen to contribute to enhancing the integrity and quality of our client’s social media and advertising platforms.

**The Role**:
As a Content Reviewer & Investigator you will be responsible for analyzing and managing online content to ensure compliance and user safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Summarize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise insights tailored for different audiences.
- Analyze emerging patterns and provide reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of research, data, and methodologies to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Evaluate potential risks and threats that could impact platform trust and provide proactive insights.
- Threat Identification by detecting new trends and predict potential misuse to help protect the platform and its users.
- Examine global developments that may affect users and suggest preventative measures to mitigate risks.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Swahili and English
- Have an eye for detail
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
