Project Leader for Modular Development in Electric

**Your contribution to something big**:
Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will join a growing area of development of Electrical Solutions, the new and improved heating solutions for a sustainable future, Heat Pumps.

You will be part of a cross-functional modular team, within an international set-up mainly in Portugal but also in Germany and Sweden. Taking responsibility of the coordination of a new project for superstructure module, that will be integrated in future heat pumps. For that you will:

- Lead module development projects (TTM & Module Release - RM) in a cross-functional and international and agile setup;
- Work with costumer Time_To_Market (TTM) Projects, taking modular development from Requirements Engineering to finished module or product;
- Identify risks, assuring a track of activities according to the defined plan, creating transparency and increasing team performance;
- Define module costs and track project budget, to reach defined targets;
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner on product backlog and sprint Backlog prioritization, as well as requirement engineering definition;
- Report and review project timeline and milestones to internal stakeholders;
- Ensure communication and exchange with costumer TTM-Projects and other Modules.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Educational background**: degree in business management, engineering or equivalent;
- ** Experience**: Project management for product development projects. Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels. Previous experience in SCRUM Agile environment and framework is valued;
- ** Know-How**: deep knowledge of project management (phases, processes and best practices);
- ** Work tools**: Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MSTeams, PowerBI);
- ** Work style**: organized and analytical work style with a problem-solving mindset. Collaborative and able to guide teams. Good communication and presentation skills;
- ** Personality**: proactive, curious and interested in continuous development and learning, results and solution oriented as well as people oriented;
- ** Languages**: very good knowledge of English.
- ** Availability to travel**: possibility to travel internationally.
