A Project Coordinator at Optiply supports project execution in a SaaS environment, ensuring efficient software development workflows. This role involves tracking timelines, scope, and risks, facilitating agile processes, and coordinating between technical and business teams.

**This is what you'll be doing**:

- Assist Project Managers in organizing, tracking, and executing projects.
- Ensuring efficient software development workflows.
- Monitor timelines, scope, budget, and risks, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Support the management of backlogs and roadmaps, working closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads.
- Ensure agile methodologies are properly implemented.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and document key insights and decisions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track project performance and KPIs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams (engineering, product, design) and business units.
- Assist in the adoption and optimization of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

**This is who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in software/technology project management (internship or junior position).
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in database management systems, low-code internal tool development platforms for workflows and automation, API development and testing platforms
- Affinity with code (JAVA)
- Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to improve processes.
