**Junior Performance Reporting Analyst**

The Performance Reporting Team is responsible for the production of investments monitoring reports for pension funds from several European countries and Growth Markets, which include asset allocation, performance and risk analysis, funding level monitoring, research topics and strategy updates.

**We will count on you to**:

- Produce investments monitoring reports for pension funds with quantitative and qualitative analysis and performance appraisal;
- Contact external entities (such as asset managers) to receive and validate customer information;
- Compile of information and preparation of analysis, evaluation and interpretation of results;
- Develop and maintain databases with information of each client;
- Follow-up with consulting teams, suggesting approaches and clarifying details of reports produced;
- Be responsible for thorough analysis of portfolios to help stakeholders make better investment decisions;
- Support consultants when appropriate on a technical perspective (clarifying concepts, methodologies and assumptions) and client reporting queries;
- Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve current processes;
- Help implement new projects that will support the team to be more efficient.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in Finance, Economy, Management or similar;
- Interest in different Investment Asset Classes - Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives, Private Markets;
- An Advanced/Intermediate English level;
- Strong analytical skills; strong command of Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, focused on providing the best client experience;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment;
- Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skill;
