Estamos a recrutar Técnico de Suporte Help desk para o nosso cliente, com o seguinte perfil:

- 12º Ano/Curso Profissional, Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similar;
- Experiência em Helpdesk telefónico mínimo 3 anos;
- Experiência em projetos Easyvista (preferencial);
- Experiência no apoio a utilizadores na vertente de suporte à utilização de PC’s, Impressoras em ambiente de rede estruturada, Microsoft.;
- Experiência no Diagnóstico e resollução de problemas em soluções aplicativas e infraestruturas (administração de sistemas, comunicações) conforme indicações do cliente e resolução e registando-os na ferramenta de “Service Management;
- Experiência na instalação e configuração de equipamentos (Switches de rede local, PCs, Impressoras);
- Instalação de imagens padrão, sempre que necessário, nos computadores através da tecnologia adotada;
- Encaminhamento para 2.ª linhas técnicas caso necessário;
- Levantamento de imobilizado informático.

É uma mais valia se tiver experiência em:

- Experiência em projetos Easyvista (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos e experiência em Databases (SQL or Oracle);
- Conhecimento e experiência me programação na linguagem PHP;
- Conhecimentos de SAP;
- Conhecimento e fluência em Espanhol.
