Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM modeling related questions and requests under the BIM Manager.
- Understand the project requirements and objectives and develop a BIM model accordingly.
- Work with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the BIM model meets the needs of the project under the BIM Manager supervision.
- Coordinate with the field team to ensure that the BIM model is accurate and up to date.
- Revise the BIM model as needed based on feedback from the design team and field team.
- Generate reports and documentation as needed to support the project team.
- Attend meetings as needed to represent the BIM modeling team.
- Train team members on the use of BIM software and best practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest BIM software and technologies.
- Manage the library of BIM elements (graphical and no graphical information).
- Perform quality control checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy.

Skills required
- Bachelor/Master in a technical area related to construction or infrastructures
- 3-5 years of experience as BIM Modeler on projects.
- 1-3 years of experience leading teams in BIM environment.
- Very custumer oriented.
- Experience in CAD and 3D Modelling.
- Experience in Civil modeling with the Bentley (OpenRoads/OpenRail) and Autodesk ecosystems (Revit, Navisworks).
- Experience in working with the BIM methodology.
- GIS/QGIS basic knowledge.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and PostGIS.
- Proficiency with web development tools (node.js/html/javascript).
- Familiarity with the iModel.js web development libraries.
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Being familiar with the ISO19650 and related digitalization standards.
