**Customer Advisors with Foreign Languages (Entry Level - Based in Portugal)**:

We are excited to offer an excellent entry-level opportunity for **Customer Advisors with Foreign Languages** to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for those who are eager to start their career in customer service, have a talent for communication, and are fluent in multiple languages. Situated in the beautiful country of Portugal, this role offers the chance to become a key player in delivering superior customer service experiences on an international level.
- German, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
- Participating in ongoing learning to stay updated on product knowledge and service practices

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Proficiency in English and at least one other language listed above**:

- No previous experience required, making this a perfect entry-level position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others and solving problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Eligibility to work in the EU**
