We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey. **THE ROLE** As an Operations Excellence Analyst, you will help prepare, consolidate, review, and analyse all data related with Indie Campers operational activities with the ultimate purpose of monitoring and improving performance. You will interact daily with our operational structure with the aim of developing our data, dashboards and reports structure in order to identify efficiency improvement opportunities for our global operations. Your communication skills, critical thinking, data analysis skills and attention to detail will provide the Operations team with reliable and complete data that will be used to improve quality, efficiency and customer-service standards. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** - Work with different teams fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains and decisions; - Contribute to enhancement of data-driven culture by extending data marts, adopting data quality standards and developing actionable KPI dashboards; - Collect and organise the data received in order to produce reports; - Execute ETL processes on all operations databases; - Proactively come up with initiatives on projects enhancing top-notch data analytics or improving business performance. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Degree in Maths, Engineering, Business and Economics or similar; - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; - Ability to prioritise and be organised; - Easy to adapt and flexible; - English proficiency; - Good communication skills. **OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM**: This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program. **What is it?** A 3-year graduate program that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment. This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts. During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
