Job Description Summary

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

As Creative Lead you will have a creative flair, always seeking innovative and new creative directions for our clients. You will relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables across Europe. You will have solid people management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Your Impressive ideation skills is a plus.

Role
- As Creative Lead, you are responsible for developing creative idea and lead the creative team throughout the conceptualisation and execution journey. You will ensure the smooth handover and understanding of the creative concepting with your Art director, Copy and production team, overseeing the delivery of jobs from brief to execution, through to post-production and launch.
- Managing multiple briefs across categories for distribution on channels.
- Determining quality control standards; adhering to all company policy and external regulatory bodies, and client brand requirements.
- Input to estimating, negotiating and agreeing budget and timescales with internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with ACD Project Manager and Creative Operations Managers.
- Overseeing the Creative Development team ensuring this process is tight and efficient.
- Working alongside the Creative Desk Project Managers and Creative Operations team, you will ensure your creative team work effectively, meeting deadlines and business objectives.
- Identifying roadblocks early - specifically capacity concerns - and propose measures to mitigate.

All About You
- Experience as a Creative Director or Agency Lead
- Proven project and client management experience
- Adept at defining client briefs and presenting concepts back to clients
- Skilled at working under pressure
- Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing, network agency background is a big plus.
