**Salesforce Release Manager - Fully Remote**

**Project/Release Management specific experience**:

- Knows all the focal points for each of the teams involved in all streams (client IT, client business, other vendors, etc.)
- Is aware of overall project timelines so that is able to establish a plan and deadlines for deliverables
- Experienced on release management activities to be able to establish a release management process
- Good communication skills to coordinate and communicate assertively with all teams involved
- Has good functional knowledge at a process level of what are the project goals
- Is aware of the main requirements in pipeline and understands their impacts
- Produces and documents release management processes and best practices

**Salesforce specific experience**:

- Knowledge on Salesforce metadata elements and formats
- Familiar with Salesforce administration and development concepts
- Be familiar with the essential Salesforce best practices
- Knowledgeable on integration and authentication/authorization mechanisms as well as their configuration
- Experienced in Git repository and commands
- Familiar with Salesforce source and metadata code structure formats as well as their conversion mechanisms
